Matthew Chingos

Research Associate and Project Manager

Matthew Chingos joined the Foundation as a Research Associate in July 2005, shortly after receiving a bachelor's degree in Government and Economics from Harvard College. He is the co-author, with William G. Bowen and Michael S. McPherson, of Crossing the Finish Line: Completing College at America's Public Universities, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Government at the Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
