Alison Gilchrest
Associate Program Officer
Alison Gilchrest is the Associate Program Officer for Art History, Conservation, and Museums. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2005, Ms. Gilchrest worked as a research associate in both the Paper and Paintings Conservation departments at the Metropolitan Museum of Art as a specialist in infrared reflectography and spectral imaging. Ms. Gilchrest holds a master's degree in Information Science with a concentration in Museum Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a bachelor's degree in the History of Art from Bryn Mawr College, and a professional certificate in Arts Administration from New York University.
