Erin Colling serves as grant information systems analyst, responsible for enabling staff access to data and information about the Foundation's grant making, maintaining grant making systems, and developing new, streamlined approaches to managing grants information and workflows. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Colling worked with Fluxx Labs as a solutions architect/sales engineer and technical project manager, configuring Fluxx grants management system solutions for other foundations. Previously, Ms. Colling worked at the Asia Society as development operations manager, and as a financial associate at Harvard University. Ms. Colling is fluent in Mandarin and Spanish, and her interest in China led her to work as a grants manager on the China program of the Energy Foundation and as a development and research consultant at the Asian University for Women Support Foundation.
Ms. Colling received her BA, summa cum laude, from New York University with a double major in Latin American studies and East Asian studies and her master's degree in international policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
