Yoona Hong
Yoona Hong serves as a program assistant for the Higher Learning program. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Hong served as a program associate for the Mellon Mays Fellows Professional Network at the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation. She has also held a number of roles both abroad and in the United States at social justice organizations, such as Liberty in North Korea and Hagar International where she worked on issues such as refugee support and human trafficking. Ms. Hong received a BA in international studies from Johns Hopkins University and an MA in human rights from Columbia University.
