Lindsey Menichella serves as the manager of grant systems and strategic projects. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2022, Ms. Menichella was a grants associate at the Helmsley Charitable Trust. In addition to undertaking grants management tasks, she focused on their grants management system. She overhauled and implemented new processes to ensure data integrity, led projects to better track modifications to agreements and to build out the secondary database for reporting and analytics, managed the system's help desk, and regularly identified improvements to the system. Before Helmsley, she worked on the data management team in Columbia University's Office of Alumni and Development, where she helped to manage their database and focused on quality assurance tasks.
Ms. Menichella received an MSc in classical art and archaeology from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in art history and classics from Wellesley College.
