The Mellon Foundation is committed to lawful and ethical behavior in its activities and in the use of its funds. If you are an external party who has a good faith concern that a Foundation employee or Trustee, or a third party such as a Foundation grantee or contractor, has materially violated the law or Foundation policies with respect to the carrying out of Foundation work, you may make a report to the Foundation's EthicsPoint hotline. The Foundation will handle reports with care in accordance with our internal policies and procedures.
